PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES Yields about 10–12 cookies INGREDIENTS ¾ cup (192g) Peanut Butter ½ cup (100g) Brown Sugar 1 large Egg Optional Garnish: Dark Chocolate (60% or more) Flaky Sea Salt Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 12-15 minutes. Allow the cookies to set on the baking sheet for 5–10 minutes. Finish cooling on a wire rack, then enjoy! TIPS • Use smooth, creamy peanut butter like JIF for best texture and consistent results. • Measure your ingredients using a digital scale for best accuracy and consistent results. • Mix just until smooth, then bake immediately.
